Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched globally from our New York location. Domestic and international shipping options are available, with associated costs and estimated delivery times outlined below

Shipments are processed on the same day if received by 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be dispatched on the next business day.

Consequently, orders placed after 11 a.m. on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday morning.

Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders that are 5-8 Business Days. 

Tracking information will be automatically sent via email upon dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active within the carrier's system.
